Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Casper & Maya Labs LLC, doing business as C&M Labs, 28 Spring St, Unit #212, Princeton, NJ 08542.
For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident. Vehicle service credentials for Smartcar (such as OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest on Our servers. These credentials are deleted from Our servers when You remove a connected vehicle from the Application or delete Your account.

These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies. Where applicable law requires, We use written arrangements with processors that describe the processing and require appropriate security and use limitations.
Our backend application programming interfaces and related server logic run on infrastructure operated by Fly.io (Fly.io Inc. or its affiliates). Personal Data sent to Our backend for the Service is processed on those systems in order to operate the Service.
We store Service data, including account and vehicle records and encrypted vehicle connectivity credentials (as described under "Security of Your Personal Data"), in Google Cloud Firestore (Google LLC), which provides the managed database.

We connect to these services from Our backend using Google's Firebase Admin SDK (server-side only) to access Firestore and the same Google Cloud project. We do not embed the Firebase client SDK or Firebase Analytics in the Application or Website for analytics or advertising.
BetterKey provides remote vehicle features where supported, including vehicle commands and status-related functionality. For customers, these features are provided through Smartcar, a third-party vehicle connectivity platform, and require Us to communicate with Smartcar on Your behalf.
When You send a remote vehicle request, the request is transmitted from Your device to Our servers, which then relay it to Smartcar. Requests are authenticated and verified for vehicle ownership and active subscription before processing.

Smartcar is the vehicle connectivity platform We use for customers to connect vehicles, send supported requests, and retrieve permitted vehicle data. We may store OAuth tokens or similar credentials provided through Smartcar as needed to provide the Service.

Sentry is an error monitoring service. When errors occur on Our public Website (for example, the compatibility tools) or in the Application, diagnostic information may be sent to Sentry, including browser or device information and error context. Diagnostic data from the Application may include vehicle identifiers and GPS accuracy metadata but not precise location coordinates.

PostHog is a product analytics service. We use PostHog in the Application to understand how features are used. Analytics events may include vehicle identifiers, feature usage data, and in some cases approximate location coordinates (such as when a geofence is created). We use a third-party service to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat is a subscription management platform. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status and manage in-app purchase entitlements. RevenueCat may receive Your anonymous app user identifier and purchase history.

We use Resend as Our email delivery provider for transactional messages sent from Our backend, such as routing website contact form submissions to Our team and sending waitlist-related email. Resend processes recipients and message content as a processor for those sends only.

We will not store or collect Your payment card details.
